Moments ago, I had the pleasure of finishing a Guaranteed Jamaican Founder’s Series causing a near out of body experience in a flavorfully mild way. If you smoked Macanudo* ten or so years ago, you know what I am talking about. This is the ‘original’ Jamaican Macanudo* blend still utilizing its original formula and proper aging time. The blend was created by Jimmy Chang of Combined Tobacco and Barrington House in Jamaica. This cigar means business and is certain to cause memorable flashbacks from years gone by for Macanudo* fans. It has a creamy, straightforward taste, is solidly constructed and its extra aged long leaf produces an impressive ash. In 2000, Macanudo* production was permanently relocated to the Dominican Republic where it is currently produced in General Cigar Company’s Dominican facility.
