SALES POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds, exchange or store credit slips only for new merchandise in mint condition and in the original box. Returns must include a receipt and be made within 15 days. Due to the exclusive nature of our Vintage Cigars, all sales of Vintage Cigars are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping and Handling is charged as follows:
TAXES
Unless otherwise indicated, Cigar and Tobacco prices do not reflect any State, County or City imposed taxes. Any General Excise, Tobacco and/or Sales Taxes should be added to all retail prices.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Issuance of this price list is not a commitment to sell. Not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities. This price list supersedes all previous price lists. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PURCHASE TOBACCO PRODUCTS.IMPORTED CIGARS
All cigars offered for sale comply with applicable U.S. import and trade regulations.
AGE & IDENTITY VERIFICATION
By placing an order through this website, you certify under penalty of law that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase tobacco products in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge and agree that Marcus Daniel, Inc. may use third-party age and identity verification services to verify the information you provide.
You further certify that all information submitted in connection with your order is true, accurate, and complete. Any attempt to misrepresent your age, identity, or eligibility to purchase tobacco products may result in the cancellation of your order, refusal of service, forfeiture of funds as permitted by law, and referral to appropriate authorities where required.
By completing your purchase, you consent to age and identity verification procedures and acknowledge that an adult signature from an individual 21 years of age or older may be required upon delivery.
STATE RESTRICTIONS
We currently do not ship tobacco products to Utah or Hawaii. Orders are reviewed for compliance prior to shipment.
